Sim not active still

Hi I tried to activate my daughters sim for her moochies watch on Friday but the sim is still saying no sim. How much longer will it be ? Ta linda

Yes I activated my daughters on the 1st dec . The watch is still saying no sim

The SIM serial you've input is incorrect. Kindly send us the complete first 20-digit SIM serial numbers printed on your SIM through email at support@kissmobile.com.au.
