If your bill is overdue and your service has been barred, to get your service up and running you’ll need to make a payment. Once the payment has been received and processed the bar will be automatically lifted.

Payment processing times will vary, depending on how you made your payment. Here are the typical payment processing timeframes for your payment to be reflected on your account.


Credit Card
Within 24 hours (for both internet and phone payments)
Direct Debit Within 24 hours of payment on the due date of your invoice
BPay 2 to 3 business days
Australia Post 2 to 3 business days


If these processing time has already passed and your number is still barred, you’ll need to get in touch to get the bar lifted.
