If you will notice that there are a few glitches with the app (especially when it comes to Android phones) and the map might not show properly through the app, this is the recommendation Moochies Team is giving at the moment.


I'm not sure if you have received a note together with your order, but we were advising customers that for the time being you should use an alternative app (from our developer's team) called WHERECOM K3. (You will have the same and exact functionalities as our Moochies V3). Simply log in with the same account details you created for our Moochies app, into the Wherecom K3 app as our systems are shared, as you might be experiencing certain glitches because of our app. (For example, the battery level is not being correctly displayed on the app, map visibility, etc).
