You are moving to KissMobile and want to keep your number?


Yes, you can keep your existing mobile number. When you sign up, select the option to keep your existing number and move it to Kiss. If you already have a Kiss account and wants to add another number, click on New Service. You have to provide us with the following information:

  • Mobile Number (the number you want to keep)
  • Current Service Provider
  • Validation Information: If your plan in your current provider is a Prepaid, we will need your Date of Birth. If it's a Postpaid, we will need the Account/Customer number with your current provider.

Once your account is validated, we will send you a SIM Card via express post. When the SIM arrives, please take it with you and click on Initiate Port on your Dashboard. You will now have to wait for the number to move across to us. 

There is no notification when the KissMobile SIM will be active. We suggest you take the new SIM with you and when you lost the coverage from the old provider, then the Kiss SIM is now active.
