When you receive your SIM, an instruction on how to activate your SIM is enclosed.

Two ways you can activate your SIM.

First, log in to your customer Dashboard, select from the Menu at the left-hand side the option "Activate my SIM". You'll see a button Activate Now, click on it. Your SIM should work in a few minutes.

Second, you may email or reach us via live chat and provide us with the following information and we'll activate it for you on our end.

  • KISSMobile account number 
  • Billing Name or Account holder Name 
  • Mobile service number (number to activate)
  • SIM serial number 
  • An alternate contact number
