Please read this instruction carefully before starting to use the device in order to install and use
quickly. Pictures are only for information, take practicality as standard .
Confirm the device type, check the accessories.
- Choose GSM network’s SIM card refer to service provider’ suggestion. Please turn off the device before insert the card.
The watch SIM card needs to have GPRS and Caller ID function.
Install APP on the phone, contact with your agency for more details.

Button 1: Long press to dial first family number; short press to switch display;
Power Button: Long press to power on; long press and hold to record voice, release the button to send voice messages; short press to hang up the phone;
Button 2: Long press to dial second family number; short press to enter phone book, short press again to choose number, long press to dial number;
Phone Button: long press the phone button to dial preset SOS number (set via app); short press to answer the phone; short press to play voice when there is new voice message.
5.1 APP register
It needs to register before login. The ID for register can get by scanning barcode or input manually. The account must have four characters (letter or digit) at least. ID and account is unique and can not repeat. Other information can input by yourself and the password is changeable. The register interface shown as below:
5.2 Log in
5.2.1 APP function menu
After register, input the correct account and password, click login to enter the main menu.
The main menu shown as below:
⑴ Intercom: Two-way talk between watch and mobile phone
APP sent voice: Click “start record”, APP starts to record and send to watch. The longest voice can be 15s. Short press phone button on watch to play voice.
Watch record: Long press power button and hole to record, release to send record voice. The longest record time is 15s. APP terminal will receive prompt message (The time to receive depends on the network condition)
⑵Map：Real-time check the watch’s location
The map menu displays the position of watch and APP mobile phone. The watch starts real-time location for 3 minutes by clicking “location”, the interval time for upload is 10s. After 3 minutes it will recover to the default work mode. We can know the location way of the watch on the map, when location icon is red it is GPS location, blue is LBS location.
(3)Setting: Parameters setting for watch
①Set SOS phone numbers: it can set 3 phone numbers, long press the phone number for 3
seconds to dial the preset numbers. If nobody answers, it will send message to preset number after
two turns dialing.
②Monitor(Voice): Usually parents' phone numbers are set as monitor number. When click “ok”,
the watch will dial the monitor number initiatively, and the phone will hear the voice around
watch while the watch can not hear from phone.
③No disturbing time: The watch shields all calls during the three time.
④SMS alerts setting: set to send message when low-voltage, SOS and take off watch these 3
situations happen .
⑤Baby address list: 10 phone numbers can call watch.
⑥Phone Book: The watch can preset 10 phone numbers to allow two-way phone call between the
watch and the preset phone numbers.
⑦Restore the default work mode: GPS is opened 24 hours everyday with 10 minutes upload
⑧Remote shutdown: The watch can not be powered off via the power button after powered on, it
could be only powered off remotely via app.
⑷Geofence: The smallest radius of the fence is 500m, alert message will be sent to APP when go out of the Geofence.
⑸Rewards: Choose the number of the love heart, click send and the watch will display the number of the love heart, parents can encourage kids with this function.
⑹Alarm clock: it can set 3 alarm clocks as per your need.
⑺Seek the watch: Click “Watch” on main menu to find the watch, then the watch will ring for 1 minute so that you can find out it. Press any key to stop the ring.
User can refer to “MY” at the bottom for more details.
5.2.2 “MY” menu
Attention: You can check registered ID from the device list. If the displayed ID
in APP differs from the watch ID (on the barcode), the watch can not connect
with the app.
5.3 Watch alert instruction
The mobile phone will receive alert messages when alerts happened on watch. Click the message to enter APP and check the details in “Message”.
6. Watch work mode
Three basic work modes: Normal mode, Power save mode, Follow. Different modes have different upload interval.
Normal mode: 600s upload interval;
Power save mode: 3600s upload interval;
Follow: 60s upload interval.
7. Watch related instructions
7.1 Watch SOS emergency call
Long press phone button for 3s, it will display SOS on screen. The watch will circular dial 3 SOS
numbers for two turns. It will stop when call answered. If not, it will continue until the two turns
over, then send message to monitor number (default “off”) and APP.
7.2 Take off watch alert
There is sensor switch on watchband. When you take off watch for more than 3 minutes wearing,
the watch will send alert message to monitor number (default “off”) and APP. The watch will
show open mark on screen.
7.3 Low-voltage alert
The watch battery capacity appears in percentage. When lower than 20% the alert will happen, the
watch will send alert message to monitor number (default “off”) and APP.
There is 3D sensor inside watch. It will count steps intelligently while walk or run. Users can
know their sports situation on APP (default “off”).
7.4.2 Sleep quality monitoring
According to the overturn frequency and range of watch, it can judge user’s sleep quality. Default
monitor time is 10:00pm to 7:00am next day. You can get the related data on APP (default “off”).
7.4.3 Amount of exercise
According to step count, footsteps and weight to calculate the amount of exercise. Footsteps and
weight can be set.
7.4.4 Sports journey
According to step count and footsteps to calculate the sports journey. Footsteps can be set.
Long press and hold power button to record, release to sent voice to APP.
There will be voice symbol on screen when receiving the voice. Short press phone button to play
the voice. The symbol disappears and deleted after playing.
7.6 Voice monitor
The watch need to set monitor number first. After clicking “ok” on APP, it will call preset monitor
number automatically. This is one-way talk while the watch can not hear from the phone.
7.7 Turn off
You can press power button(without sim card), remote shutdown on APP and run out of power to
turn off the watch.
7.8 Dial family number
Long press button 1 to dial family number 1, long press button 2 to dial family number 2.
7.9 Phone book
The watch can save 10 phone numbers on app, short press button 2 to enter phone book and press
button 2 again to choose number, long press button 2 to dial. The watch and the numbers in the
phone book can call each other.
7.10 Answer and hang up the phone
Short press phone button to answer the phone and power button to hang up.
7.11 Knock to switch display
Knock on the screen to switch display automatically
8. Trouble shoot
Cannot connect to the server, offline display in background. Please check:
(1)The SIM card for watch should be GSM SIM card. For example it doesn’t support Telecom
(2)The SIM card for watch should enable data flows and must be compatible with 2G data flows.
The watch can only use 2G data;
(3)The server parameter, such as IP, port and ID information must be correct, the id on the bar
code must be the same as the id written in the watch. You can use your mobile phone to send
SMS( please write “pw,123456,ts#”) to the watch to confirm the id written in the watch (Please
make sure the watch is turned on with SIM card inside, the SMS must be edited under English
input method), please contact to agent if you have any questions.
(4)There are two situations when unable to register:
a. the device id does not exist or has already been registered, in these case, please contact the agent;
b. if the account id has been registered, you just need to change another one to register again.
